Yes, please complete the 2025 PARQ form before your first class. This will only need to be filled out once a year unless you have a change to your health. You can find it here: http://www.adhonepilates.co.uk/par-q-form
- Comfortable clothes to move in - Flip flops or sliders for walking between the sauna & pools - Swimwear & a towel - A change of clothes for after
- A notebook and a pen for journaling - A pillow & blanket for meditation
Absolutely, often people have not tried Pilates before but in my classes we really slow down the move and I encourage everyone to move at their own pace. I also offer plenty of progressions and regressions so to suit all abilities. I would love to welcome you to a class soon.

The Watershed is close to Chichester. There is very limited parking so please park in the nearby town of Bosham and car share or taxi to the venue.
