Do I need to fill in any forms before attending?Yes, please complete the 2025 PARQ form before your first class. This will only need to be filled out once a year unless you have a change to your health. You can find it here: http://www.adhonepilates.co.uk/par-q-form

I'm coming on a full day retreat, what do I need to bring with me?- Comfortable clothes to move in - Flip flops or sliders for walking between the sauna & pools - Swimwear & a towel - A change of clothes for after - A notebook and a pen for journaling - A pillow & blanket for meditation

What should I wear?Please wear clothing you feel comfortable moving and exercising in.

I've never done Pilates before, will the class be ok for me?Absolutely, often people have not tried Pilates before but in my classes we really slow down the move and I encourage everyone to move at their own pace. I also offer plenty of progressions and regressions so to suit all abilities. I would love to welcome you to a class soon.

Where is the The Watershed?The Watershed is close to Chichester. There is very limited parking so please park in the nearby town of Bosham and car share or taxi to the venue.
