This weekly Pilates class blends strength, mobility, and breathwork in a tranquil yurt setting. With a focus on mindful movement, you'll leave feeling aligned, grounded, and refreshed. All levels welcome. No equipment needed. Apologies for the disruption to the video this week, this is due to a Global internet outage, and then I lost sound shortly after, Please refer to the following description for the muted section: please place your hands under your forehead and begin to lift the head and upper back off the mat and lowering, then we take the arms into a cactus position and continue to lift and lower, then we also lift the arms, finally bring your forhead down to the mat and we lift the legs from the hip, one at a time.
