In My Pilates Era
The Adhone at Home In my Pilates era programme consists of three weeks of Pilates beginner workouts. There are three classes per week, which you can complete in your own time; You won’t need any equipment and the workouts are short enough to fit into your day. This programme is designed to take you from Pilates beginner to being in your Pilates era.
